The above is just an example for anyone who just wants to be healthy and keep a good habit of daily health practice and living schedule. If you are a healthcare practitioner of any type of practice, especially holistic medicine or mind-body medicine, I would like to suggest that you put more time and effort into the practice of daily meditation and movement exercises like Qigong or Taiji.

As another example, the following is a typical schedule I personally live with in my life.

10:00 p.m. – 12:00 p.m. meditation and Qigong practice 2 hours

12:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. go to bed and sleep

5:00 a.m. wake up

5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. morning practice 2 hours (Qigong)

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. breakfast, prepare to leave for work

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daytime work and activities

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. free time, dinner, walk after dinner

8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. free time, art, news, relaxation, reading, etc.
